Randall Compton

My name is Randall, a U.S. Navy veteran and Texas native with a lifelong passion for technology. After raising two amazing college graduates, with the third one entering her junior year and a wonderful wife of 30 years, I have found more time to follow my passions. Places I've enjoyed living or visiting are, San Diego, Nashville, and Frisco. Over my years, I’ve come to value freedom, purpose, and meaningful work. I started my journey in programming in the late '80s, and after decades in IT, I’ve set out to build something that empowers people like me—those who thrive independently, outside traditional group dynamics. Dealfair is my vision: a marketplace for artisans and entrepreneurs who want to work on their own terms, in their own way, and still be part of something greater.
